About Us
Tudor Gold Corp. is a Mineral Resource-stage exploration and development company focused on the advance of its 80%-owned gold-copper Treaty Creek Project located in British Columbia’s Golden Triangle. Treaty Creek’s property hosts one of the largest gold-copper-silver deposits in North America and three other known grass-roots exploration zones nearby, all of which remain open. Tudor’s management team of experienced Golden Triangle exploration and mining industry professionals is behind the opportunity to leverage Tudor’s gold assets and transition the company from exploration success to gold developer.

Joseph Ovsenek
| President & CEOJoseph Ovsenek has over 30 years of international management and legal experience in the precious metals industry.
He has been responsible for building teams and leading the growth of public resource companies from early exploration stage to production. Mr. Ovsenek was President and CEO of Pretium Resources Inc. where he led the advance of the high-grade gold Brucejack Mine which has been operating profitably since commercial start-up in 2017. Mr. Ovsenek began his nine-year tenure at Pretium in 2011 as Chief Development Officer and led the financing of the company from exploration stage to operations and was subsequently appointed President in 2015 and President and CEO in 2017. Prior to Pretium he served for 15 years in senior management roles for Silver Standard Resources Inc., lastly as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development responsible for the sale of the Brucejack and Snowfield assets to the newly created Pretium Resources Inc. Mr. Ovsenek also currently serves as the President and CEO of P2 Gold and is a member of its Board of Directors. Mr. Ovsenek holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Toronto. Mr. Ovsenek is a registered member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia, and holds the Chartered Director (C.Dir) designation.

Grant Bond
| Chief Financial OfficerMr. Bond has over 15 years of financial management experience in the mining industry.
As the Corporate Controller of Pretium Resources Inc., he was responsible for managing the accounting and financial reporting functions as Pretium evolved from an explorer to a profitable intermediate gold producer. Additionally, he was responsible for the SOX internal control framework. Mr. Bond began his career in the assurance group at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP primarily focusing on operating and exploration mining clients. Mr. Bond is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and holds a Diploma in Accounting and Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia.

Ken Konkin, P. Geo.
| Senior Vice President of ExplorationMr. Kenneth J. Konkin, P.Geo., graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in geology in 1984.
He is a Professional Geologist in mineral exploration registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.
Mr. Konkin has over 35 years of geological experience throughout North and South America as well as Russia. Ken Konkin worked for Silver Standard for 19 years and managed advanced exploration programs at Manantial Espejo (Argentina), San Luis and Berenguela (Peru) as well as Snowfields (Canada) in the Golden Triangle, BC. Mr. Konkin was appointed the Project Manager for Pretium Resources after it purchased the Snowfields-Brucejack Project from Silver Standard in 2010. Subsequently, he was instrumental in the discovery of The Valley of Kings deposit at the Brucejack Lake Mine, an 8 million ounce gold deposit currently in production. He spent seven years managing all aspects of the exploration programs at Snowfield-Brucejack. During his tenure with Pretium, the company received the Bill Dennis Award in 2013 for a Canadian discovery (presented by the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada); Mr. Konkin was also the co-recipient of the prestigious H.H. ‘Spud’ Huestis Award for ‘excellence in prospecting and mineral exploration in B.C. and/or Yukon’ in 2017.

Chris Curran
| Vice President Investor Relations and Corporate DevelopmentMr. Curran has over 20 years of experience in business development, communications and capital markets that includes working with several publicly listed companies within the mining and exploration sector.
Most recently, he was Manager of Corporate Communications for Northern Vertex Mining Corp., which acquired and advanced the Moss gold project from exploration to commercial production. Preceding Northern Vertex, Mr. Curran was responsible for the development of corporate communications programs for the Northair Group of Companies. Mr. Curran holds a BA in Economics and Geography from the University of Regina.

Ken McNaughton
| Vice President of Project DevelopmentKen McNaughton is a professional geological engineer with over 30 years of global experience developing and leading mineral exploration programs.
He currently also holds the position of Chief Exploration Officer at P2 Gold Inc. Prior to P2 Gold he was Chief Exploration Officer at Pretium Resources Inc., where he had been responsible for greenfield exploration programs since joining the company in 2011, shortly after it was formed to advance the early exploration-stage Brucejack Project. Prior to Pretium, Mr. McNaughton was Vice President, Exploration at Silver Standard Resources Inc. for 20 years, and he oversaw all exploration activities of the company including the exploration program for the Snowfield Project and the 2009 program when bonanza-grade drilling results established Brucejack as a high-grade gold discovery. Prior to Silver Standard, he was employed by Corona Corporation and its affiliate Mascot Gold Mines Ltd. as a project geologist and engineer for projects in British Columbia. Mr. McNaughton holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree and a Master of Applied Science degree in geological engineering from the University of Windsor.

Michelle Romero
| Vice President, External AffairsMs. Romero has over 17 years of management experience in the mining industry.
She is also currently the Executive Vice President and a Director of P2 Gold and was previously, Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Sustainability at Pretium Resources Inc. with responsibility for community affairs, ESG, enterprise risk management, and human resources. Ms. Romero joined Pretium in 2011 as Director, Investor Relations shortly after it was formed to advance the high-grade gold Brucejack Project. With the advance of the Project through permitting and development, construction, and operations she was responsible for the negotiation of Pretium’s community agreements and establishing the platforms for community relations, human resources and enterprise risk management. Prior to Pretium, Ms. Romero was Director, Investor Relations for Silver Standard Resources Inc. Ms. Romero holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and a Master of Library Science degree from Rutgers University, and holds the Chartered Director (C.Dir.) designation.

Jeff Rowe
| DirectorMr. Rowe, P.Geo. has specialized in mineral exploration for more than 40 years, focusing on precious and base metals, primarily in British Columbia, the Yukon, and Mexico.
Mr. Rowe was employed by Cordilleran Engineering Ltd. for more than 15 years and subsequently joined C.J. Greig & Associates Ltd., a geological consulting services team highly regarded for its technical expertise. Through these associations he has provided professional assistance to a number of public companies, including geological field work, property evaluations and technical reports. In particular, Mr. Rowe was involved in the discovery of the Silvertip deposit in northern BC, one of the highest-grade silver-zinc-lead operations in the world currently owned by Coeur Mining, as well as the discovery and development of the Elk deposit in southern BC, a high-grade gold vein system that produced direct-smelter-shipping ore from open pit excavations in the 1990’s, currently being developed by Gold Mountain Mining Corp.

Ronald-Peter Stöferle
| DirectorMr. Stoeferle is Managing Partner and Fund Manager at Incrementum AG, based in Liechtenstein.
He studied Business Administration and Finance in the USA and at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, and also gained work experience at the trading desk of a bank during his studies. Upon graduation he joined the Research department of Erste Group, where he published his first “In Gold We Trust” report in 2007. This respected and well known publication is an comprehensive annual research report on gold and capital market developments. In 2014, he co-authored the book “Austrian School for Investors” and in 2019 “Die Nullzinsfalle” (The Zero Interest Rate Trap).

Diana Swain
| Advisory Board MemberDiana Swain is the founder of Diana Swain Strategies, an executive communications consulting firm based in Toronto.
She established the firm following a nearly 40-year career as one of Canada’s most respected journalists, known for her award-winning work both on-air and in senior editorial leadership roles at CBC News. At CBC, Swain served as Managing Editor of Investigations and later as Executive Producer of The Fifth Estate, leading the program to win the Canadian Screen Award for Best News or Information Series in her first year. She also hosted, The Investigators with Diana Swain and reported on major national and international stories, including three Olympic Games: Beijing (2008), Sochi (2014), and Pyeongchang (2018). Ms. Swain was the first woman in Canada to win the national award for Best News Anchor—an honour she received three times. Her contributions to journalism have also been recognized with an honorary degree from Humber College (2010) and an honorary doctorate from BCIT (2017). In addition to leading her consultancy, she serves as a Forum Chair and Strategic Advisor with MacKay CEO Forums, helping business leaders elevate their communication strategies and public presence.

Corporate Governance
TUDOR GOLD Corp. advocates high standards for its employees, and its board of directors assumes responsibility for the ethical and accountable management of the Company for the protection of its shareholders’ interests. The board currently consists of four directors, two of whom are considered independent under applicable Canadian securities laws.
The corporate governance guidelines of the Company are consistent with regulatory requirements and best practices for the protection of shareholder interests. The board has adopted specific charters and corporate governance policies and the board periodically reviews these charters and policies to ensure they are kept current with regulatory requirements and to ensure the guidelines are clear and that standards of conduct are maintained.
