Tudor Gold’s Sustainability Commitment

Partnering with Indigenous Communities and Building Local Capacity

Tudor Gold Corp. is committed to respectful engagement and long-term partnerships with Indigenous communities connected to the Treaty Creek Project in northwest British Columbia.

As part of its commitment, Tudor Gold conducts an annual two-day Geotechnical and Core Cutting Training Program in Dease Lake, located within Tahltan Territory. This hands-on course provides up to 20 participants with practical skills, safety training, and exposure to experienced geologists and technicians. The program is designed to equip individuals with portable, industry-relevant skills that support employment opportunities not only within the Tahltan Nation but also across Canada.

The Company supplies all required PPE, equipment, and core samples, ensuring full access and support for participants looking to pursue careers in the mineral exploration sector.

Beyond training, Tudor Gold works closely with local contractors that directly employ indigenous people each field season. The Company also actively recruits First Nations members for roles in geology, heavy equipment operation, first aid, and mechanics—prioritizing local hiring to foster economic development in surrounding communities.

Through these initiatives, Tudor Gold is building a responsible and inclusive exploration project that balances economic opportunity with environmental responsibility and social partnership — advancing a sustainable future for all stakeholders.
